HEALING THROUGH HYPNOTHERAPY
with Ilene Haykus, MA, CHT

Making Clear Decisions and Maintaining Healthy Behavior
(10 am to 4 pm)   $60

Have you ever lost weight, only to gain it back again within a year? Have you ever decided to leave an unfulfilling relationship or job, but felt unable to do so? In this class, you will discover aspects of the personality (such as the Judge, Rebel, Cynic and Romantic) that, in conflict with each other, can make decision-making and behavioral change difficult. Learn effective strategies to create inner harmony and achieve your goals.

Hypnotherapy is one of the most successful therapies in use, as an adjunct to traditional medical treatment, for injury, pain and disease. Hypnotherapy can help discover and resolve the underlying issues contributing to physical conditions including injuries from accidents, chronic pain, allergies, heart disease and cancer.

In her final workshop in the "Healing through Hypnotherapy" series, Ilene Haykus will explain how to discover and resolve underlying issues to help you recover from injury or disease.

Events and issues in your life can contribute to physical conditions including injuries from accidents, chronic pain, allergies, heart disease and cancer. In this workshop Ilene will focus on helping you heal.

Ilene Haykus holds a Masters Degree in Psychology from Antioch University.  Her background includes training in both traditional and alternative forms of counseling and hypnosis.  In 1992 she was awarded credentials as an instructor of hypnosis from the Colorado State Department of Higher Education and the American Council of Hypnotist Examiners. From 1990 to 1997 she taught professional certification trainings in hypnotherapy under the auspices of the Alchemy Institute, Inc., a state-licensed vocational school. Her teaching style blends clarity, warmth, and humor, making her classes stimulating, exciting, and fun.
